  • What is your expected delivery time? 

    - If the product you ordered is stocked it will be dispatched within 24 hours to your adress. Our warehouse is situated in Kungsbacka, Sweden, and orders generally delivers within 2-3 days in Sweden, and 5-7 days within EU.

  • What is the shipping cost?
    - The shipping cost is 69 kronors. All purchases over 800 kronor receives free shipping on their orders.

  • Where to buy Walters Bay tea in Sweden? 
    - For private households, here at T-Bay.se is the only place where you can buy Walters Bay tea as for the moment. For businesses and organisations, please visit our "For Companies"page here.  

  • What freight carrier handles your deliveries?
    - We work with PostNord for handling of orders.

  • If I change my mind, can I return the tea to you for a full refund?
    - Absolutely. As long as the packaging of the product is intact and in the same condition as it was when you received it. Because of health and hygiene aspect we must assure the freshness of our products. Therefore if the plastic that surrounds and protects the product is damaged or removed, we can not take back the product or exchange it for another one. You are in charge of the return cost, and the package till it has been received at ours again.

  • If I realize I ordered the wrong taste of tea, can I change it?
    - Absolutely. The same conditions as for the previous question above applies.

  • If the packaging of the product I received is heavily damaged during the freight process, or in other ways not up to the expected standard, will you repay me?
    - It sure sounds like it. If a product is in some way damaged, or not live up to your expectations, please document the damages before going on with your product. Please contact us, and we will make our best to handle your case within 24 hours.

  • Where are you located?
    - T-Bay Nordic AB is located in Kungsbacka in the southern parts of Sweden, and it was here it started. Today we also have an office for visiting in Stockholm.

  • What does T-Bay Nordic AB do?
    - We distribute and represent Walters Bay tea throughout Europe. In this writing moment, you can find our products in hotels, restaurants and cafes in Germany and throughout Scandinavia. 

  • When was T-Bay Nordic established?
    - In 2018 Christian Erlandsson started T-Bay Nordic in Sweden. 

  • Where does your products come from? 
    -All tea from Walters Bay is ecologically produced under Fairtrade conditions in Sri Lanka - The tea capital of the world. A few percentage of the tastes (like rooibus) is grown outside Sri Lanka. 
  • Is your product ecologically produced? 
    - Yes, all our products are produced under environmentally friendly conditions in order to support and enrich the soil and ground in a sustainable way. It is what we depend on and what drives much of the economy in Sri Lanka, and our future generations will do as well. 

  • Do you participate in any kind of social development programs for your communities?
    - At Walters Bay we believe that every cup of tea, starts and ends with a tribute for the growers of your drink. There is a strong community for and together with the employees at Walters Bay. They All receive health care, school and day care centers for the young, and pensions for when they grow old. 

  • I would like to order Walters Bay tea to my cafe (or hotel, restaurant, office etc.). Can I order bulk volumes from you?
