Delivery Time & Cost
Within 24 hours from your purchase, your order will be dispatched to your adress. Orders generally delivers within 2-3 days in Sweden, and 5-7 days within the EU. Our warehouse is situated in Kungsbacka, Sweden, and all orders comes to you from there. We almost exclusively works with PostNord as freight carriers.
All orders over 800 SEK receives free shipping. Purchases below has an added freight cost of 69 SEK.
If you for any reason would like to return your product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you with the process.
It is our objective to answer all enquiries within 24 hours, at least Mon-Fri.
For safety precautions - If your product is damaged or in any other ways do not live up to your expectations, please document the situation and include it when contacting us, and wait going further with consuming the product.
I changed my mind. Can I return or exchange the product?
- Absolutely, but we do have some requirements.
As long as the packaging of the product is intact and in the same condition as it was when you received it, it will be a smooth process. Because of health and hygiene aspect we must assure the freshness of our products. Therefore, if the plastic that surrounds and protects the product is damaged or removed, we can not take back the product or exchange it for another one. You are in charge of the return cost, and the package until it has been received at ours again.
